Packages are discrete, we never list our company name on the outside of the parcel.

Missing Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” will be your responsibility to track down. - Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes on full retail value, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on country.

Q : How do you ensure the potency and purity of your products?

A : All of the ingredients in our products are carefully sourced with an emphasis on organic, wild-crafted or foraged if possible, non-GMO, sustainably grown and ethically sourced. All oils are cold pressed, organic, stored in glass and hexane free. Everything is lovingly hand-crafted with very careful ratios that I’ve tried, tested and reformulated for over a decade and experienced with on willing guinea pigs & clients of all ages and genders. The extracts are potent and quite concentrated whilst still being a safe dose. I also only use organic, medicinal grade herbs sourced from companies that are compliant with international quality control standards.

Q : Where are your products made?

A : Everything is lovingly hand crafted, formulated and bottle formulated in beautiful home studio + certified kitchen.

Q : Are these safe to take if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

A : Each product description will note if they are safe for consumption for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, the Libido Formula, Ambrosia Ghee and Pleasure Oxymel are safe choices for mothers who’d like to breathe some life back into their erotic life.

Q : Is it safe for me to take several of your herbal products at the same time?

A : Yes, you can absolutely take any of these products in conjunction with one another, but it shouldn’t be necessary. They are also safe for everyday consumption and ideally taken consistently or a few hours before sex for a heightened experience.

Q: Are there any contraindications or will these interact with any medications I may be taking?

A : All of the contraindications are clearly stated in the product details and on the side of the bottle. Please read carefully before placing an order or imbibing. Yohimbe is a potent male aphrodisiac and isn’t recommended for use if there is ANY indication of high blood pressure, heart disease, for folks currently on medication for high blood pressure or MAOIs.

Q : How often should I take the tincture for the best results?

A : Ideally taking them a minimum of 3-5x per week, consistency like with most things is always key to seeing and experiencing results as these herbs tend to build within the system overtime. However, some of our formulas efficacy is contingent on regular, daily doses.

Q : Are your products vegan?

A : Most of our products of vegan aside from the Whipped Tallow Balm, Infused Ghees and Electuaries (infused honey). All tallow and butter for ghee comes from 100% organic and grass-fed and grass finished cows.

In the event that an item you received was damaged or defective in any way you will receive a store credit or exchange will be offered to you.

You must reach out within 10 days of recieving the item to initiate a claim. Please be sure to inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Any defective items must either be returned to us or a video/photo sent to our email to initiate your claim. makia@eroticabotanica.com
